Photos from our September 2007 History Mystery Tour

The mystery is now solved:  we went to Leadville and and stayed at the Delaware Hotel. We visited the National Mining Museum, the Tabor Matchless Mine, Healy House Museum and Dexter Cabin and the Tabor Opera House. We rode there on a luxury coach bus and enjoyed an evening performance along with our dinner.

Make a May Basket Together - Saturday May 5, 2007

The children and their parents created  multi-floral May baskets from a variety of lace doilies, paper, fabric, beads, charms, and ribbon. They learned the history of this celebrated tradition, too. Several children planned to give their May baskets as Mother's Day gifts.
